Introduction

I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I have been practicing therapy for thirteen years. I work in a supportive, holistic, and nonjudgmental manner. I use proven, evidence-based therapies for issues such as anxiety, depression, mood regulation, ADHD, PTSD, relationship or family conflict, health and aging difficulties, and lifestyle changes. Therapy provides a safe place for healing, growth, and finding the joy in life that may have been lost. Through a collaborative relationship, we can explore what obstacles are keeping you from reaching your full potential and identify changes you may want to make in your life. I work with adults in individual therapy, either in-office, teletherapy or a hybrid.
