Introduction

My approach emphasizes mindfulness-based therapy techniques to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, psychosis and related disorders. By integrating mindfulness-based therapy within the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework (including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), I am able to empower my clients with practical tools and lifelong skills that can help them diminish depression and anxiety and enjoy a meaningful and vibrant life.
