Introduction

I'm a mental health counselor committed to supporting individuals in all walks of life. I received my Master in Counseling Psychology at Northwest University in 2016. I currently work at a community mental health clinic serving children, adolescents, young adults and family. I am experienced in working with individuals who have depression, anxiety, trauma, life stress, attachment issues and many more. Additionally, I am CBT+ certified and EMDR trained. I hope to provide a safe space for all my clients to share their stories with me and to work together to help achieve their mental health goals.
