Introduction

You’ve spent your whole life giving to others, and now you feel empty and disoriented about your purpose. You wonder if you can feel “alive” as your full self, and not just to please others around you. It is possible: you can come home to your true self. I provide a safe, comfortable space to feel your feelings, confront underlying beliefs about self and to learn how to navigate challenging relationships. I use a variety of approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR and other somatic based) to help clients safely get in touch with their bodies, identify emotions and establish healthy boundaries to function more effectively. I create a warm, welcoming environment to express and discover your true self, which can be unfamiliar territory to do alone. Whatever you discover, you will find me by your side, attuning to you and holding compassion, kindness and truth to guide you home.
