Hi! My name is India Harris and as a psychotherapist, my top priority is to help clients navigate the complexities of womanhood while working towards improving their mental health. I understand that life gets busy and prioritizing yourself can feel like one more overwhelming task. By providing a virtual therapy office, my hope is to make attending regular therapy sessions accommodating and accessible for women from all walks of life. Exploring the impact of anxiety and/or depression on daily living, adjusting to pregnancy and motherhood, and working through societal imposed gender norms, are a few of the reasons some clients seek therapy services. If these concerns feel familiar and you are considering beginning your own therapy journey, I welcome the opportunity to learn more about you. Free 10 minute consultations are available upon request!
