I enjoy taking a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approach which helps clients eliminate unhelpful cycles or behaviors and replace them with healthier habits. Along with CBT, I specifically enjoy introducing clients to mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing and meditation as it has been proven to reduce symptoms of anxiety, anger and depression. Something as simple as being in the moment can be taken for granted, I aim to create a comforting space for clients by being present and allowing open expression within sessions.
