Introduction

Hello! Thank you for taking the brave step in moving forward in your journey of healing. I hope to provide a space for you to process, explore, and find relief with the thoughts and feelings that have led you to seek support. My approach to therapy is very client-centered. I begin our work together exploring your past experiences, then I look to understand your current life, and finally planning and dreaming for the future. I have been a counselor for 10 years supporting folks in relationship difficulties/separation/divorce, traumatic single/complex experiences, life transitions with college and career, and general health and wellness. My hope is that our work together illuminates a path to you reaching your goals in healing.
