Therapy offers a safe space to share your troubles without judgement and explore strengths and skills to conquer those. facing crisis, extended periods of anxiety/depression, coping with life transition(s), dealing with complicated family dynamics, problems in a relationship, coparenting, blended families, Covid fatigue… and simply wanting to make changes for better mental and emotional health.
