I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR Therapist committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow. I have extensive training and experience to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and associated issues of addiction, isolation and relationship struggles. My specialty areas include adults that experienced relational trauma, women in midlife transitions, and provider/caregiver burnout. I earned an MSW from University of Maryland, MPH from University of Massachusetts, BA in Psychology from Brandeis University, and hold EMDR Certification from EMDR International Association.
