Introduction

As a licensed clinical social worker/therapist, I have worked in the mental health field for over 13 years in various levels of care. I work with clients experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, relationship issues and trauma. My training and experience ranges in various evidence based modalities. Above all, my goal is to come alongside each of my clients, treating them as a unique individual. In our sessions, I focus on introducing specific methods that facilitate them in finding their way to hope and healing. My goal with each client is to create a safe environment where we can explore any areas of life in order to enable processing, gain understanding and realize growth in a supportive setting. I strive to treat all people with dignity and respect and would consider it a great honor to walk with you on this life journey. I offer in person options and telehealth as needed.
