Hi! My name is Idenice! I’m happy that you are seeking support. Are you experiencing intense emotions? Finding someone to understand and connect with can be difficult. Sometimes, even asking for help can be a challenge. Glad you are here and give yourself an opportunity to learn about your emotions. It is my goal to provide a space that feels warm, supportive, comfortable and gives the opportunity to explore your emotions, identify events/situations that continue impact the abilities to function. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth, adults, and families in multiple settings including schools, homes, and outpatient clinics. I speak both English and Spanish My focus on trauma informed care with an anchor in ARC (attachment, regulation, and competency). Idenice has skills in many different therapeutic modalities that will allow us to work together to develop an emotional balance including these modalities : person center, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focus techniques, IFS (Internal Family System), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and the Brainspotting techniques.
