Introduction

What stories have others told you about yourself? What scripts do you believe about yourself and act out? It's been said, "be very careful of the stories you tell about yourself and that others tell about you because, eventually, they'll live" through you. Narratives are powerful ways to give meaning to our experiences and provide a framework for action. An unhelpful narrative can constrain choice, obscure options, and hinder growth, making the problems in your life feel insurmountable. It becomes crucial to examine the stories we choose and the power we give them. In my work with you, we co-create a space to examine the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves so you might live a liberated and meaningful life. We will lean on your natural strength and resilience to expand your vision of what is possible. Together we will co-author a new narrative, to feel empowered to make the changes you want in your life. Whether you choose to contact me for an appointment or not, know seeking out help is the first courageous step to changing your story for the better, and I am proud of you. I would be honored if you allowed me to walk beside and journey with you in whatever season of your life you might find yourself.
