Hunter Wilson's time as a guide in the Alaskan Rainforest taught him many truths: the thrill of wilderness air, the sacred language of native poetry and art, and, perhaps most notably, the realization that all life is fundamentally interwoven. Here at 4 Tree Therapy, we sustain that each core aspect of a person -- their spiritual, mental, physical, and social selves -- needs deep and meaningful nurturing, and that each of these four "trees" are connected -- just as the neighboring trees in a forest work as one for the good of them all. While we are equipped to nurture all ages toward greater wellbeing, we specialize in working with preteens, teens, and young adults in navigating the challenges of their developmental years. Alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other standard modalities, our services include music creation and art therapies in a state-of-the-art recording facility led by an award-winning music composer. This is a supervised private practice. It is owned by a master’s level clinician under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211. The Board-approved clinical supervisor of this practice is: David Cato (520) 277-2788 davidcatomsw@gmail.com
