Introduction

You can grow regardless of your trauma, diagnosis, symptoms, addiction, culture, gender, socioeconomic level, ethnic background, criminal record (the list goes on). From my 12 years of practice, I have seen so much progress from all types of people – anyone from individuals re-entering society without a single belonging, to lawyers and executives with public speaking anxiety. I have overcome my own personal challenges, so I understand that working on yourself is not easy. But, it’s worth it — and you don’t have to do it alone. Oh, and we’ll laugh together, too. I believe humor is a great way to cope!
