Hi everyone! My name is Hope Saunders and I am an MFTC here in Colorado. I recently graduated with my masters from the University of Alabama and immediately moved across the country to start my career as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I was introduced to a Marriage and Family Therapist in my undergraduate program and the idea of becoming one stuck in my head until it was time to apply to graduate school. Two years later, I have graduated and am so excited to begin my career as a clinician. I most enjoy working with children. Helping them label their emotions, teaching them how to regulate themselves, and providing them a safe space to explore and heal is what brings joy to me as a therapist. That being said, I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families, and have the tools to support you in working through anxiety, depression, and life transitions among many other things. At the completion of our work together, my hope for clients is to have a better understanding of who they are and what they are capable of. I want them to feel equipped to live in the life they have dreamed for themselves and to be able to be for themselves what I have been for them throughout the therapy process.
