I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure treatment, to support adolescents and adults in navigating emotional and psychological challenges. My work is especially attuned to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, recognizing the unique ways identity, values, and life experiences shape mental health. By combining skills-based interventions from DBT and CBT with the mindfulness and values-driven approach of ACT, I help clients build resilience, emotional regulation, and cognitive flexibility. Additionally, exposure treatment allows individuals to confront fears in a supportive environment, fostering confidence and long-term growth. My goal is to create a culturally responsive, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to heal and thrive.
