I utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques to address the negative thoughts and behavioral patterns that keep psychological and relationship difficulties in play. I also use hypnotherapy as a bridge to the subconscious mind allowing you to practice creating the changes you'd like to see in your life. I believe that your life story is unique as are your gifts and abilities. As your therapist, my roles is to anchor you to your truths and encourage you to use your strengths to breathe life into the life you've always dreamt about living.
