Introduction

I offer individual and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. Using a mixture of cognitive, expressive, and reflective approaches, I help clients address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, managing life transitions, behavioral problems, and relationship conflicts. I have specialized experience helping clients with histories of trauma, neglect, and abuse, as well as those who have been diagnosed with chronic illnesses and pain disorders. My therapeutic goal is to help each client identify unhealthy patterns, clarify personal goals and purpose, develop more meaningful relationships, increase focus and self-confidence, and nurture their unique strengths. My style is active, compassionate, creative, and free of judgment. My office is centrally located at the intersection of Bernal Heights, the Mission, and Noe Valley. Street parking is easily available around my office, which is also walking distance from the 24th Street BART station and several MUNI stops.
