Introduction

I am a trauma therapist that specializes in Complex Trauma and also works well with teenagers. I enjoy working with clients ages 12 and above. Are you or your teenager resistant to counseling? Allow me the opportunity to work with you in redefining your counseling experience. I provide a judgement free space for you that promotes healing and wellness. It is my desire to walk along side you as you journey from a "stuck" place to one of healing and freedom. As a trauma therapist I use a culturally sensitive client centered approach. I am Approved EMDR Consultant (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a Certified EMDR Sandtray Specialist. I work well with adolescents, teenagers and adults using EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a variety of treatment models.
