Introduction

Hello, I’m Holly Horan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I am also a Certified Daring Way ™ Facilitator – Clinician, which focuses on shame, guilt, and resiliency. I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and have spent many years working with veterans, their spouses, and families. I work with clients from all walks of life, and focus mainly on adults in individual therapy. My goal as a therapist is to meet each of my clients where they are and build a relationship that empowers them to move forward through whatever obstacles they are encountering in their lives. I use a variety of theoretical approaches while working with my clients, with the clients determining the path forward and what will work best for them. I enjoy working using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to assist my clients in reaching their therapeutic goals.
