Introduction

Hello! My name is Holly, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (PA) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY) dedicated to providing high quality counseling services. By combining mindful, holistic and evidence-based practice, I believe that we can work together to identify obstacles that prevent you from understanding your unique struggles and rediscovering your true self. Using an empathetic and person-centered counseling style, I will help you to develop a deeper relationship with yourself, and will encourage opportunities for self-exploration that may be necessary to live a balanced and peaceful life. My approach combines holistic and mindfulness techniques, with cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and focusing-oriented psychotherapy. I especially pride myself on my ability to adjust my technique in order to meet each person where they are in the moment. I know that asking for help can seem overwhelming and sometimes, taking the first step is the hardest part. I will be there for you along the way, offering guidance and support throughout your journey towards health and happiness. I look forward to working with you!
