To me, therapy is about empowering and supporting an individual so that they can lead a meaningful life. I have been passionate about mental health for as long as I can remember and have worked with a variety of populations including individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use disorder. I believe in conducting therapy from a person-centered approach while utilizing tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with individuals in a collaborative manner and tailor the therapy to the individual to ensure they are getting the most out of our sessions.
