Introduction

Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma. I have been working in the mental health field for nine years. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a master’s degree in counseling psychology in 2016. In this time, I have helped people with addiction, mood disorders, life stress, and relationship problems as well as many other issues. I have experience in residential as well as outpatient treatment and have worked with individuals and groups. I utilize evidence based techniques and a cognitive behavioral framework combined with a caring and affirming approach to work with clients to achieve their goals. We will work to identify and explore emotional responses and thoughts that are no longer serving you and causing you problems in your life. Together we will challenge these responses and formulate solutions to help you manage these.
