Our therapists enjoy working with people who have had an event or series of events they have a hard time moving through. We help our clients move through challenging events and also reconnect with themselves in the process. We are all EMDR trained and also utilize other modalities such as play therapy, somatic experiencing, art therapy, lifespan integration therapy, DBT and CBT as well as other eclectic therapies.
