Introduction

Welcome to Orange Blossoming Counseling – Women's Mental Health & Adolescent Therapy in Orlando, Florida. Hi, I’m Hillary Lawson, the owner of Orange Blossoming Counseling in Orlando, Florida. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with extensive experience in women’s mental health and adolescent therapy, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and cultivate emotional well-being. Therapy for Women’s Mental Health I specialize in supporting women's mental health, addressing the unique pressures and experiences that women face. With a compassionate, values-based approach, I help women build resilience, overcome anxiety, manage stress, and work through life transitions. Using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide my clients toward healing and personal growth, so they can live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Adolescent Therapy & Support In addition to women’s therapy, I also offer adolescent therapy for young people, drawing on nearly 10 years of experience as a teacher and school social worker. I understand the developmental challenges adolescents face, and I provide teen counseling to help them build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and navigate social and academic stress. Whether it's dealing with anxiety, depression, or behavioral concerns, I offer tailored interventions to support their mental health and emotional growth. In-Person and Telehealth Therapy in Florida Whether you're seeking in-person therapy or prefer the convenience of telehealth counseling, I offer flexible options to fit your needs. My office is located in the Audubon Park area of Orlando, Florida, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for your therapy sessions. If you're unable to visit in person, I also offer virtual therapy to clients across Florida, ensuring you have access to quality care from the comfort of your home. Get Started on Your Path to Healing and Growth If you're ready to take the next step toward improving your mental health, I invite you to contact me today to schedule an initial consultation.
