Introduction

My passion is working with clients who crave more fulfillment and balance in their personal and professional lives as well as helping couples who feel disconnected, dissatisfied or discouraged. I help individuals and couples learn to be more relational while exploring different ways of navigating challenges by utilizing skills that are practical, accessible, effective and sustainable. It often feels easier to stay stuck than to push ourselves into greater levels of growth and connection. My goal is to help clients overcome "feeling stuck" in order to build closer, more secure relationships and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. I am here to help you understand how and why you move through life in your own specific way so that you can live intentionally with a life full of purpose, meaning and growth. My approach is to help you navigate what finding balance looks like for you through self-exploration, boundary work and learning effective ways of managing the highs and lows of life. Conflict is growth trying to happen and counseling is a safe, supportive space to help you restabilize and identify a clear path forward. You are the hero of your own story and I am your guide on the journey to greater confidence, clarity and connection. Here's the twist... If the stuffy, sterile, cookie cutter feel of a traditional therapy office isn't quite your scene.... Great! Merge Wellness has a private office located in a communal workspace, which means you've got access to good vibes, great music, free coffee, a small library, a wellness room and a modern common area where you can kick back and wait for your session without having to sit in a waiting room full of people casually avoiding eye-contact. If sitting in a super cozy private office also doesn't quite do it for you.... No problem! Merge Wellness has access to a covered rooftop patio and secluded second story deck overlooking the outdoor space at Fourteen5, so weather and privacy permitting, you can get your therapy with a side of fresh air and sunshine. The goal of Merge Wellness is to help people who feel fragmented by pressure, expectations, rules and regulations recalibrate. People need different things on any given day and Merge's goal is to model the importance of flexibility, adaptability and learning how to identify and prioritize what you need so that you can show up as the best version of yourself. Whether that's taking a more traditional approach (maybe with with or without a twist) or reconceptualizing the whole concept of what therapy "should look like" and tailoring the process to what you actually need, Merge is here to facilitate that. We are here to merge the gap between what did work and what does work in the mental health world, we are not trying to reinvent the wheel but in our opinion, we think it's time to rotate the tires and let you navigate the course of your own therapy journey. Head over to Merge.Wellness on Intsagram to check out the space - we've got everything from cornhole to a cafe and a good old fashioned Freudian inspired couch. #mergingthegap
