Introduction

“You are not alone.” This is what I truly live by in my practice. I aim to walk with you on a pathway of empowerment and encouragement to finding the journey to healing. I’ve been in mental health on and off for a couple years with the last year being on and not leaving. I am bilingual and that helps me a lot with my community and I love it! I am focused on earning my LPCC to continue expanding my practice. While doing so, I am a licensed substance abuse associate counselor with a supervisor that I consult with regularly. I am earning certification in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as working with evidence based practices and continuous learning and training. I primarily specialize in work with trauma, with expansion in mind. It isn’t easy, but nothing in life is, and that’s okay. As a support team, we can accomplish anything and progress towards healing. “You are not alone, it is okay to not be okay.”
