I'm Hilary, and my practice, HLW Therapy is made up of a group of experienced, warm, and talented female psychotherapists. We work with you collaboratively by building on your existing strengths, establishing tools to assist you in managing stressors, and understanding and replacing self-destructive responses. Our mission is to help you ultimately access your best self, and ability to play an active role in attaining the quality of life you deserve. In addition to providing therapy for generalized anxiety, depression, and adjustments with life transitions, our clinicians are specifically trained in the treatment of trauma, eating disorder recovery.
