Introduction
Finding the right therapist can often times be daunting. My goal as an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor is to provide a safe and trusting environment where you can express yourself authentically and grow. I believe that everyone has the inner strength and resources to heal themselves, and I guide my clients through this process to promote healing and change. Together we will work to overcome obstacles and challenges that you, or your child, are currently experiencing or have experienced in the past. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University, and my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Mary Baldwin University. I specialize in working with adults and children with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Play Therapy. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), and the Association of Play Therapy (APT).
