Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile. In my practice, I support adult and older adolescents by providing a safe space for us to work together to address symptoms of adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, family concerns, relationship issues, and trauma that are interfering with functioning. I use trauma-informed strategies, strengths-based concepts, family systems, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques with clients, dependent on their needs. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, families, groups, and LGBTQIA+ community members in outpatient and inpatient settings as well as with custody, courts, and child protection.
