One of the bravest things to do, is to walk through the shadows, remove the masks and welcome in your true self. You being here, demonstrates your ability to do just this! Therapy, is not a one sided conversation with a therapist hidden behind a clipboard, but instead a collaborative process between two humans. And I promise, I am as real as it can get (all quirks included.) My goal is to provide you a space to retell your story, build new meanings and achieve the life changes you are hoping for. You do not have to do this alone. I believe that the thread that weaves through a positive system begins with the strength of one's congruent, unique self. My therapeutic approach is culturally sensitive, trauma- informed, and mind-body oriented. My purpose is to walk beside clients in reauthoring their own story of empowerment, sense of connection and fulfillment. When you are ready, I am here. I look forward in meeting you!
