Introduction

Often times just when things seem difficult, hopeless, or stressful we tend to retreat inward and isolate when in truth this is the precise moment where it is important to reach out. Therapy is a gift and is the first step in your self care journey, so congrats on getting this far! I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space so that clients can feel comfortable sharing even the most uncomfortable life circumstances. I start where the client is at, and together we explore objectives and set goals. My specialties include: working with adults in areas of self esteem, depression, trauma and anxiety. I also work with couples experiencing intimacy, communication, sex, and relationship/ sexuality issues. I work within the LGBTQAI+ community, and have experience working with Postpartum depression. I am trained in EMDR for trauma and PTSD. I am a nurturing, empathetic, and warm therapist and I am passionate about helping my clients on their journey to a more peaceful place. Self awareness, contentment, peace of mind, positive coping skills and a healthy self esteem- you owe these to yourself! No matter what the struggle, I am here to help carry that burden. I look forward to meeting you! I am also a consultant and coach for therapists who are interested in opening private practice.
