My therapeutic methodology embodies an integrative, strength-based, and culturally sensitive framework, anchored in a steadfastly positive orientation. At its core, my practice revolves around valuing the unique nature and attributes of each individual. Recognizing the diverse challenges, life trajectories, and perceptual nuances that shape an individual's existence, I prioritize cultivating empathic resonance and maintaining a stance of unconditional positive regard towards my clients. In addition to psychotherapy, I specialize in providing comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals aged 6 and above. Psychological assessment is a process of gathering information about an individual's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to gain insight into their psychological well-being and to inform treatment planning. Through standardized measures, clinical interviews, and observation, I aim to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth. These assessments provide a deeper understanding of an individual's needs, allowing for tailored interventions and support to foster optimal development and well-being. Background: I received my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles. I completed my clinical Internship at the The Chicago School of Professional Psychology Counseling Center in Westwood. After that, I completed my postdoctoral training hours in private practice in Westwood, and at Tobinworld Mental Health Clinic in Glendale.
