I am committed to helping guide you to learn how to find your path to a better tomorrow whether that involves strengthening relationships, combating anxiety, building time-management skills, or anything else that is preventing you from being the best version of yourself. I utilize an integrative approach leaning into Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques along with a Person-Centered approach to help clients discover how they can support themselves in their mental health journey. In my free time, I enjoy reading, sewing, binging TV shows and spending time with my friends and family. I am available to see clients virtually who reside in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and New Jersey I am practicing under the supervision of Sheila Flynn LPC-S.
