Hi I’m Heike I love helping people connect the dots between the wounds of the past and how they may be limiting your present and future. Some wounds lead to Anxiety, depression, and looking for ways escape our day to day struggles. Together we explore what is holding you back from what you want most in your life. It is hard work and I will be right there with you! I have an office for in-person sessions in Wilmington, NC as well as virtual telehealth appointments for people outside of the area or those that prefer virtual sessions. It is hard to be vulnerable, I get that! That's why I offer a free 15 minute call to explore what you want from therapy and to determine if we can work well together.
