Introduction

Trauma is often a part of life, however it does not have to define you or how you interact with the world. I will partner with you to process past trauma, build healthy and effective coping skills, reduce shame, and create/ find acceptance of yourself. Life has many transitions that may create personal challenges. I will walk alongside you as you navigate life transitions, assisting you in finding a path forward. I aspire to create a safe environment that allows for exploration of the past and connecting with the self.
