I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping others learn how to show up and be their best selves while living their authentic lives. I believe in cultivating a therapeutic partnership and identifying obstacles to one's goals. This could be connecting with their partners on a deeper level or to help people explore one's identity(ies). I understand how the world can be a very difficult place and that asking for help can be hard; but we all need help sometimes. We all need a safe place free of judgment where we can feel seen and heard. My background has been primarily in residential substance abuse, both in corrections and within the community. I am Mint trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI), and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Client Centered approach. If you feel you are ready to take your next step and ask for help, I encourage you to reach out. I look forward to listening to your story and helping you with your therapeutic journey.
