Introduction

Throughout my 21 years doing therapy, I have learned that each of us has the inner gift of healing if provided a safe, supportive, empowering, respectful environment to identify and access our strengths. Clients and families are partners and leaders in their healing journey. I am privileged to help serve as a guide to help foster the life of meaning we each deserve. Wherever you are in your healing journey, is where we begin. Therapy should follow a road map paved with the goals of the client. We should always be moving forward. Not everyone is ready for the emotional investment required of therapy. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space to achieve self-awareness and be the best version of yourself you can be.
