My name is Heidi, marriage and family therapist, and I work with couples facing challenges in their relationship. My approach is very solution focused in equipping couples with the tools they need to resolve conflicts. These tools include a guide to communication, building trust, and cultivating intimacy. I strongly believe that solid relationships are formed from solid individuals, so at times I might work with each partner individually to target growth areas and strengthen the individual for the ultimate goal of bettering the relationship.
