Together we work to release the pain you carry, the need to care for everyone but yourself. We will discover what your own needs are (they've been buried for a long time). I will practically help you put into action boundaries so YOUR needs get met. You will uncover the power within yourself to finally take up space in this world and know YOU MATTER.
