Heidi is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor in Maryland, Virginia, and Wisconsin. With over 10 years of experience, Heidi’s biggest passion is working with adults struggling with eating disorders through a Health at Every Size approach. She also works with co-occurring diagnoses, such as: trauma, anxiety, and depression. You don't have to be ready to completely commit to recovery, but let's talk about what could be. Heidi believes the therapy space should be welcoming to wherever you are in your recovery journey, as it's not one-size-fits-all. She incorporates a variety of techniques, including: Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, and DBT during session. This will be tailored to you and your needs.
