Life can be hard and that is part of the reality that comes with being human. Oftentimes our stories do not get listened to or honored and this can create a deep sense of aloneness. Therapy is a relationship where we collaborate to listen to you, the client. Whether you are dealing with the difficulties of family or other relationships, the demands of work and school, or struggling with self-care, counseling can be a powerful way to get back on your feet. My therapeutic approach is relational, and attachment based. This means that I focus on how your inner world has been shaped by early experiences, as well as how that impacts your present relationships and broader life experience. I have experience working with individuals who struggle from depression, anxiety, stress, fear/isolation, lack of motivation, grief, trauma, anger, and other issues that interfere with everyday life. This is a safe place to share your story. Along the way you can expect me to be empathic, relational, and authentic because I believe that who you are matters, and who you are becoming matters.
