Introduction

I specialize in working with men who struggle with depression, imposter syndrome, grief & trauma. As the son of Salvadorean immigrant parents, I’ve seen how cultural stigma keeps men from seeking help. Its why some people act like everything is ok, play tough & suffer in silence. As a therapist whose also been in therapy, I know that the stigma is real. I know what its like to bottle things up inside. Regardless of what you've been through, I'm here to explore the pathways forward to achieve your desired outcome. "I'm not what has happened to me, I am what I choose to become". Feel free to book a FREE discovery call so we chat more about your needs & goals.
