Life is stressful for adults, children and families. I specialize in working with all three to help with past traumatic events, current anxiety or depression. I utilize a cognitive behavioral, integrative approach, with a trauma informed lens and an emphasis on evidence-based therapies. I know that it can be hard to talk about these events. You will learn skills that help you express and regulate your feelings, challenge negative thinking, and build healthy relationships. Children don’t come with a guidebook, so what is a parent to do? I can help guide you through some of your day-to-day struggles learn positive parenting techniques to enhance your parent-child relationship. I know how hard managing difficult behaviors can be and can help find the appropriate discipline strategies that fit your family.
