As a dedicated counselor, I am here to guide you on your journey towards personal growth, empowerment, and well-being. Life can be a rollercoaster ride, filled with ups and downs, twists and turns. From navigating school pressures, peer relationships, anxiety, ADHD, grief and family dynamics, or juggling the responsibilities of work/school and personal life, I understand the unique struggles you face. Together, we will harness the power within you to overcome these obstacles. Through a person-centered approach and using empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques, I will provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As a Registered Play therapist, when working with children, I use their natural language, play! I also use Sandtray in my work with teens/adults. I have over 19 years of experience working in public school and community settings. I look forward to supporting you as you discover your strengths, uncover your resilience, and unleash your untapped potential. Remember, you are capable, you are worthy, and you have the power to create the life you envision.
