Introduction

Coping with your anxiety or depression is hard, especially alone. How about starting in a safe space where, together, we can navigate through this. Are you struggling with communication and problem solving? Life is already too stressful to come home to feeling like no one is being heard or not being able to talk with your loved ones. Are you feeling challenged with the symptoms of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) like weight gain or hirsutism? I can help you feel supported and process those feelings that come with PCOS, anxiety and PTSD. Individual therapy sessions could be truly helpful focusing on the strengths you already have. Working with children, teens, and adults for over 5 years has shown me that there is hope and positive changes can be made. Using techniques such as art, challenging and changing thoughts through CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy can be helpful in managing symptoms and healing for you.
