Introduction

Hello! I am an LPC. I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Peter’s University. I have been in practice in the mental health field since 2014. I specialize in working with children (9 or older), adolescents, young adults, adults, and families dealing with: anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, LGBTQ, and life stressors. I also have a particular interest in working with individuals with OCD using EXPR and couples using the Gottman Method. I use a variety of evidence-based practices to assist each person I work with based on your individual needs. I am here to be your guide and assist you in building coping skills, improving self-awareness, and building greater insight into various life situations. I am very person centered when it comes to my approach to therapy. I believe every person is different and no two people share the same journey. I create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic to allow you to work through the areas of difficulty in your life in a supportive environment.
