Owned and operated by military veterans, the staff at Symmetry of Self Counseling Center bring a level of understanding and authenticity to the therapy room for those who have served their country. At Symmetry of Self, we understand how difficult it can be to start the counseling process and how vital it is to find the right therapist for the job. Effective therapy can often hinge on the alliance between the client and the counselor. At Symmetry, we believe that effective therapy for veterans is best done by those who have also lived that life. The staff at Symmetry of Self are all military veterans who speak the language and understand the culture, which enables us to bring a compassionate, supportive, and transformative approach to our fellow brothers and sisters-in-arms.
