I specialize in helping clients learn to break out of unhealthy thought patterns. I help clients develop healthy routines including relaxation, mindfulness, and regular self-care and to foster overall wellness. Some people are overwhelmed by pressure to succeed. I teach people ways to juggle it all, while learning to take care of themselves and their mental well being using proven methods. I also specialize in helping clients through life transitions such as employment changes, college, relationship issues, expanding families, and empty nesting. With guidance and support, you can make positive and sustainable change. I will work with you to identify YOUR goals for treatment.
