Introduction

I have been licensed as a clinical social worker and therapist since 1996 and have been in private practice since 2012. I enjoy helping clients of all ages conquer anxiety, PTSD and depression. My approach is evidence based and tailored to your diagnosis and situation. I most often use cognitive behavioral techniques as well as cognitive processing for trauma and PTSD.
